In August 2021, we opened our own Bakery, adjacent to the roastery, which supplies our cafés with delicious cakes and fresh pastries every day. But if you look closely at the company's history, the Bakery has actually always been an integral part of Hoppenworth & Ploch. Back in our early days, we started baking our own brownies and waffles at the campus and ever since then, the baking craft has always been with us.
