Our declared goal in roasting is to bring out the flavourful terroir of the highest-quality green coffees from all over the world in the best possible way. Good coffee begins long before it reaches our roastery in Frankfurt, because the taste and quality of the coffee beans are already substantially influenced during cultivation and harvesting. Thus, we continue the dedicated work that has already been done and bring the flavours of the most diverse coffee varieties into the cup. When purchasing, we therefore rely exclusively on established green coffee traders with direct contact to the coffee farmers who offer our sought-after qualities. We do not buy anonymised green coffees, where it is impossible to gain an insight into what is happening on the ground.
We are mainly committed to light roasts, as these allow us to experience the full complexity of the different origins. But we also have a selection of darker roasts in the Specialty Coffee range for fans of more classic and tart coffee beans.
We not only roast for our own cafés, but also supply coffee to restaurants and offices. We always make sure that our partners also have high-quality machines and trained staff. Wherever necessary, we are available with know-how, staff training and high-quality equipment.
